Floor Supervisor

Body Factory Bali is a leading lifestyle, fitness, and wellness destination in Canggu, Bali, offering a 360° approach to health and performance through world-class training facilities, recovery experiences, classes, meal plans, and a strong community.

We are currently looking for a Restaurant/Floor Supervisor to join our F&B team and help deliver a consistently high standard of service to our members and guests. You’ll play an important role in leading the service team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and creating a warm and memorable dining experience that reflects the Body Factory Bali lifestyle.

What you’ll do:

• Supervise and support the F&B service team during daily operations.
• Ensure service standards, SOPs, and guest experience are consistently maintained.
• Lead by example and provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
• Monitor table service, order taking, food and beverage delivery, and overall floor operations.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with staff scheduling, briefing, and daily operational preparation.
• Monitor cleanliness, grooming, and overall presentation of the service area.
• Support the F&B management team with operational tasks and service improvements.

What we’re looking for:

• Bali-based / currently staying in Bali.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B service, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous experience in restaurants, hospitality, lifestyle, wellness, or similar environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Guest-oriented with a strong understanding of hospitality and service standards.
• Confident in handling guest concerns and leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-groomed, professional, and attentive to detail.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work on-site with flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to start immediately.
