Floor Supervisor

A Floor Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily floor operations, coordinating staff activities, maintaining discipline and cleanliness, monitoring workflow, and ensuring smooth operations. The role involves supporting employees, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring that organizational standards and procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Coordinate and monitor day-to-day activities on the floor to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Staff Coordination: Assign duties, manage staff schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, handle complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Team Supervision: Guide team members, monitor performance, and support staff in achieving operational targets.
• Communication: Act as a link between floor staff, management, and other departments.
• Quality Control: Ensure that work is completed according to company standards and procedures.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain workplace cleanliness, safety standards, and proper organization.
• Reporting: Prepare daily reports on staff performance, operational issues, attendance, and productivity.
• Problem-Solving: Identify operational challenges and coordinate with management to implement solutions.
• Inventory and Equipment: Monitor stock, supplies, and equipment availability where applicable.
