Job Summary

MergeForce Technologies is seeking experienced Floor Supervisors to oversee daily operations in an automobile workshop. The role involves allocating work to technicians, monitoring repair progress, maintaining service quality, and coordinating with the service team to support timely vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop floor activities.
• Assign repair and maintenance tasks to technicians.
• Monitor work progress and coordinate task completion.
• Check repair quality and ensure compliance with workshop procedures.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop management.
• Monitor technician productivity and workflow.
• Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
• Support timely vehicle delivery and efficient workshop operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• DME, DAE, BE, or a relevant qualification in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in an automobile workshop.
• Knowledge of vehicle servicing, repair procedures, and workshop operations.
• Good coordination, team supervision, and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary of up to ₹23,000, depending on relevant experience and skills.
