Regina’s is a stylish Mediterranean-Italian bar and restaurant in the heart of Birmingham’s Colmore Row district. By day we offer relaxed dining; by night, the space transforms into a vibrant lounge bar with cocktails, DJs and live music.

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll support daily service, train and motivate the team, and ensure a smooth flow between restaurant, bar and kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the FOH team to deliver high standards of service
• Supervise floor operations and assist in opening/closing duties
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve service issues professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service
• Drive upselling and maintain presentation and hygiene standards

About You

• 2+ years’ experience in a busy restaurant/bar, ideally in a supervisory role
• Confident leader with strong communication and customer-service skills
• Calm, organised and proactive under pressure
• Flexible with shifts (evenings/weekends essential)
• Passion for Mediterranean food and quality hospitality

Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
