Restaurant Closing: Assist with and oversee closing procedures, making sure all required tasks are completed properly and the restaurant is ready for the next service.
Financial Reconciliation and Reporting:Assist with bank reconciliations, transaction reviews, sales reports, and end-of-night reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
Systems and Administrative Support: Use restaurant management systems and administrative tools to support daily operations, track sales, and complete reporting and management tasks.

Familiarity with restaurant closing procedures, sales reporting, and financial reconciliations.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
