Floor Supervisor - Fine dining

We are looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to join our fine dining Japanese restaurant in Sharjah.

Position: Floor Supervisor – Fine Dining
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Cuisine: Japanese
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar supervisory role
Joining: Immediate

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar role in a fine dining restaurant.
• Strong understanding of fine dining service standards and restaurant operations.
• Japanese cuisine or Japanese restaurant experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and guest relations skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise the FOH team during daily operations.
• Good knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and stock control.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to join immediately is required.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
