Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Floor Worker to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment regularly
• Buss tables efficiently, clearing dishes and resetting tables promptly for new guests
• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and deliver food and beverages with enthusiasm
• Handle cash transactions responsibly, including processing payments and giving accurate change
• Support beverage preparation, including coffee service and cocktail mixing as needed
• Ensure food safety standards are consistently followed, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Provide excellent in-person customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
• Assist with dishwashing duties to maintain a clean kitchen environment
• Take phone orders professionally, demonstrating good phone etiquette and communication skills
• Support catering or banquet events by setting up, serving, or assisting with meal distribution when required

Experience

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; experience as a host/hostess or banquet staff is a plus
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, including cooking, meat cutting, and dietary accommodations
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
• Experience in guest services or hospitality roles that involve guest relations and communication skills
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
• Previous roles involving catering, banquet events, or delivery driving are advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer care

Pay: $24.25 - $29.21 per hour
