Flooring Estimator / Project Coordinator

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Flooring Estimator / Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind accurate project estimates and seamless coordination of flooring installation projects. Responsibilities

• Visit clients' homes and job sites to take accurate measurements and assess project requirements.
• Calculate square footage and material quantities for flooring projects.
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations using Measure square.
• Meet with clients to review quotes, discuss product selections, and finalize project details.
• Coordinate with installers and conduct site meetings when required to review job specifications and expectations.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, property managers, and suppliers.
• Ensure all project details are documented accurately and communicated effectively to the installation team.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the flooring industry.
• Strong knowledge of flooring products, installation methods, and industry standards.
• Ability to accurately measure and calculate square footage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer software.
• Proficiency with Measure Square estimation software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Professional, polite, and presentable when meeting clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license
