Floral Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and creative Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral design and be able to create beautiful arrangements for a variety of occasions. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, be able to work quickly and accurately, and have excellent customer service skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with flowers and wants to be part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of different types of flowers and plants.
• Arrange flowers in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
• Be able to work with customers to create custom arrangements.
• Keep the flower shop clean and organized.
• Understand the proper care and handling of flowers and plants.
• Delivering flowers (must have drivers license and accommodations to and from work)
• Ability to be on feet for long periods of time
• Ability to be able to lift over 40 lbs
• Customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour

Experience:

• Floral design: 1 year (Required)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
