Duties

• Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and gardening supplies with enthusiasm and expert advice
• Create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship
• Maintain the appearance of the sales floor through stocking, merchandising, and organizing floral displays
• Manage inventory levels by receiving shipments, organizing stock, and identifying plants through plant identification skills
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions via phone or in person and offering gardening tips
• Support outdoor work activities such as lawn care and landscape maintenance to keep the store’s exterior inviting

Skills

• Strong knowledge of horticulture, gardening practices, and plant identification techniques
• Experience with floral design and floral arrangement techniques
• Prior experience in retail sales, merchandising, stocking or outdoor work enhances your effectiveness
• Ability to perform outdoor work such as lawn care and landscape maintenance confidently
• Organizational skills to manage inventory efficiently and ensure a well-presented sales environment
• Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly over the phone or face-to-face

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
