Duties

• Design and assemble fresh floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring each piece meets high aesthetic standards
• Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related products, providing expert advice on floral care and design options
• Maintain the floral display area by merchandising products attractively and restocking supplies regularly
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, handle cash and card payments accurately, and manage cash handling procedures
• Support outdoor work activities such as lawn care, landscape maintenance, and plant care to keep the store’s exterior inviting
• Identify plants and flowers accurately to advise customers or ensure proper inventory management
• Engage in retail sales activities including upselling, promotional displays, and inventory stocking to boost sales performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in floral design or related horticultural fields with a strong portfolio of arrangements
• Knowledge of gardening, plant identification, lawn care, landscape maintenance, and outdoor work experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, retail math, merchandising, and stock management
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone or in person
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Passion for horticulture, gardening, floral design, and creating beautiful environments that inspire joy
