Lily Palmer - Flowers on the Fly is seeking energetic, customer-focused Floral Sales Associates to join our airport retail team.

We are not looking for traditional florists. We are looking for exceptional sales associates who enjoy engaging customers, creating beautiful displays, and helping travelers find the perfect gift, bouquet, or thoughtful gesture.

Floral experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong retail sales experience, customer service skills, and a positive attitude are the most important qualifications.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and engage travelers in a warm, professional manner.
• Assist customers in selecting flowers, gifts, and specialty products.
• Create simple bouquets and floral arrangements using company training.
• Maintain beautiful and inviting product displays.
• Process sales accurately through the point-of-sale system.
• Meet individual and store sales goals.
• Restock merchandise and maintain inventory levels.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during busy travel periods.

What We’re Looking For

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Ability to approach and engage customers.
• Experience in specialty retail, gift shops, boutiques, cosmetics, luxury retail, or floral shops is a plus.
• Floral experience is helpful but not required.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
