Floral Studio & Customer Experience Associate

Job Overview ​

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and sales-focused Floral Studio & Customer Experience Associate to join our team!

In this role, you will be the face and voice of our shop. Your main job is to welcome every customer and help them buy the right flowers, making sure everyone who calls or comes into the shop leaves happy with a purchase. ​

You will greet walk-in customers, answer phone calls and social media messages, keep our shop clean and looking great, and help our florists prepare orders quickly. ​

Key Responsibilities ​

Customer Service & Sales: Greet every customer, listen to what they need, show them choices, and help them make a purchase. Make sure every visitor gets great options so they buy before leaving. ​

Phone & Social Media: Answer phone calls and reply to messages on social media and online sales apps. Call customers to help them choose flowers, confirm delivery addresses, and check card messages. ​

Shop & Display Setup: Keep the front of the shop clean, neat, and well-stocked. Check flower coolers daily to make sure arrangements look fresh, and fix or remove any damaged flowers right away. ​

Assist Florists: Help our florists during busy hours or express orders. Hand them materials, prepare supplies, and support them so orders are finished quickly and customers don't have to wait. ​

Inventory Tracking: Keep track of items, vases, and retail supplies in the shop so we know when we need more stock. ​

Teamwork: Work together with the flower design team and delivery drivers to keep daily tasks running smoothly. ​

Key Requirements / Qualifications

​Bilingual Required: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. ​

Tech-Savvy: Must be comfortable and skilled using computers, social media platforms, and phone apps. ​

Sales & Communication Skills: Confident, friendly, and naturally helpful when talking to customers. ​

Fast & Helpful: Ability to multitask and assist the flower design team during busy store hours. ​

Organized & Reliable: Takes pride in keeping the shop clean, organized, and welcoming for every customer.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
