Floral Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate at MLA Wholesale plays a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. This hands-on position involves pulling floral product, organizing and maintaining the cooler, assisting with incoming and outgoing shipments, and loading delivery trucks. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment
• Pull product accurately based on customer order sheets
• Stage and label orders for packing or pickup
• Communicate any product shortages or substitutions to the Warehouse Manager
• Shipment Handling
• Assist in receiving incoming shipments: unload, inspect, and check in product
• Help load trucks for outgoing deliveries
• Organize and store product in the cooler and warehouse as needed
• Cooler & Warehouse Organization
• Maintain an organized and clean cooler to ensure efficient pulling
• Rotate stock and discard unusable product as instructed
• Keep warehouse aisles and workstations clean and safe
• Team Support & Communication
• Work collaboratively with the warehouse team and follow direction from the Cooler Lead and Warehouse Manager
• Assist in other warehouse tasks as assigned, including potting, hydrating, and labeling product
• Report product quality concerns or inventory shortages promptly

Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse or floral industry experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a cold environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work early morning hours and occasional weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
