We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a home health patient located in Key Biscayne, FL.
- Evaluation
- Re-evaluation and Supervision
- Recertification
- Discharge
- Setting: Home Health
- Must have an active Florida Physical Therapist license through the Florida Department of Health
- Reliable transportation required
- Home health experience preferred

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
