• Design and create floral arrangements for events, weddings, and daily orders.
• Assist customers in selecting flowers and provide recommendations.
• Maintain freshness and quality of flowers and plants.
• Handle order processing, wrapping, and delivery coordination.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Handle social media orders (WhatsApp / Instagram)

• Previous experience in floristry or retail preferred.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle high-end/custom floral designs is a plus
• Basic knowledge of flower care and handling
