We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Duties:

• Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and funerals
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements for their needs
• Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, wreaths, and other decorative displays
• Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and other floral supplies
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Assist with deliveries as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Florist or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements
• Ability to sell products and upsell additional items to customers
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus
• Basic knowledge of gardening techniques is beneficial
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
