Experienced Florist

D’Spring Flowers is looking for a creative and reliable florist with at least 2 years of hands-on floristry experience to join our team. You should be confident in creating floral arrangements independently, with a strong eye for colour, design and finishing.

Key Responsibilities

• Create fresh flower bouquets, vase arrangements, flower boxes and condolence stands according to customer orders and our design standards.
• Prepare and condition fresh flowers, maintain their quality, monitor stock levels and minimise wastage.
• Manage daily floral orders efficiently, ensuring arrangements are completed accurately and ready for collection or delivery on time.
• Assist customers with flower selections, design requests and basic flower care advice.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, and support the team with packing, display upkeep and daily shop operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as a florist, with strong skills in bouquet wrapping and floral arrangement.
• Able to work independently, follow design references and adapt arrangements based on flower availability.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and a good team player, with the ability to manage multiple orders during busy periods.
• Willing to work rostered weekends, public holidays and peak periods, including Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
