Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and creative person to manage the daily operations of our bouquet and flower shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily shop operations from opening in the morning until closing time.
• Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable flowers and bouquets.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships by providing excellent service.
• Create beautiful bouquets, flower arrangements, and customized floral gifts.
• Maintain flower freshness, shop cleanliness, and attractive product displays.
• Handle customer orders, enquiries, and basic order management.
• Ensure the shop runs smoothly and customers have a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Friendly, polite, and responsible attitude.
• Interest in flowers, creativity, and bouquet making.
• Willingness to learn and manage shop responsibilities independently.
• Freshers are welcome; complete training in bouquet making and shop operations will be provided.
