Job Description

• Able to create visually appealing flower arrangements for daily requirements.
• Có khả năng thiết kế và thực hiện các mẫu cắm hoa đẹp mắt, đáp ứng các yêu cầu hằng ngày.
• Able to provide specialized design and floral expertise to plan, design and create floral arrangements for all events .
• Có chuyên môn về thiết kế và cắm hoa để lên ý tưởng, lập kế hoạch và thực hiện các mẫu hoa trang trí cho tất cả các sự kiện.
• Able to preparing bouquets for guests, lobby centerpieces and other flower arrangements as per request
• Chuẩn bị bó hoa cho khách, hoa trang trí khu vực sảnh và các mẫu hoa khác theo yêu cầu.
• Ensure that all designs meet hotel standards and meet or exceed guests expectations.
• Đảm bảo tất cả các thiết kế đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn của khách sạn và đạt hoặc vượt mong đợi của khách hàng.
• Ensure that all floral arrangements are within the allocated budget and deadlines are met for both hotels requirements and guest orders.
• Đảm bảo các mẫu hoa được thực hiện trong phạm vi ngân sách được phân bổ và đúng thời hạn đối với cả yêu cầu của khách sạn và đơn đặt hàng của khách.
• Responsible for creating new floral recipes or floral designs.
• Chịu trách nhiệm sáng tạo các mẫu cắm hoa và thiết kế hoa mới.
• Responsible for ordering flowers, floral products and monitor their arrivals with the vendors.
• Chịu trách nhiệm đặt mua hoa, các sản phẩm và vật tư liên quan đến hoa; đồng thời theo dõi việc giao hàng từ nhà cung cấp.
• Responsible for coordination with flower and floral products vendors.
• Phối hợp và làm việc với các nhà cung cấp hoa và vật tư cắm hoa.
• Responsible to monitor par stocks and make required requisitions.
• Theo dõi mức tồn kho tiêu chuẩn và thực hiện các yêu cầu cấp/mua hàng khi cần thiết.
• Responsible for Sorting, organizing, cleaning and restock all supplies.
• Phân loại, sắp xếp, vệ sinh và bổ sung đầy đủ các vật tư, dụng cụ.
• Responsible to water and maintain all in-house plants and floral decorations.
• Tưới nước, chăm sóc cây xanh và các sản phẩm hoa trang trí trong khách sạn.
• Ensure good relations with internal departments, clients and vendors to resolve issues.
• Duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với các bộ phận nội bộ, khách hàng và nhà cung cấp để phối hợp và giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh.
• Monitor all flower vase inventory and counts for breakage or loss
• Theo dõi số lượng bình hoa trong kho, bao gồm các trường hợp hư hỏng, vỡ hoặc thất thoát.
• Expedite reorder and new inventory for a flower vase, floral foams as and when needed.
• Kịp thời đặt bổ sung hoặc mua mới bình hoa, xốp cắm hoa và các vật tư cần thiết khác.
• Maintain photos of all variety of floral arrangements done as a sample or catalogue for the guests.
• Lưu trữ hình ảnh các mẫu hoa đã thực hiện để làm mẫu hoặc catalogue giới thiệu cho khách.
• Stay up to date and current in design trends, floral techniques, props and other products.
• Thường xuyên cập nhật các xu hướng thiết kế, kỹ thuật cắm hoa, phụ kiện trang trí và các sản phẩm mới.

Job Requirement

• Advanced knowledge of fresh floral product and design technique.
• Có kiến thức chuyên sâu về hoa tươi và kỹ thuật thiết kế/cắm hoa.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Có kỹ năng chăm sóc và phục vụ khách hàng tốt.
• Flexibility, punctuality, teamwork and Cleanliness.
• Linh hoạt, đúng giờ, có tinh thần làm việc nhóm và ý thức giữ gìn vệ sinh.
• High school diploma or 2-year degree in Floral Design or related field.
• Tốt nghiệp THPT hoặc có bằng/chứng chỉ 2 năm về Thiết kế Hoa (Floral Design) hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Có kiến thức và kỹ năng máy tính cơ bản.
• At least 2 to 4 years of floral design experience preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Có ít nhất 2–4 năm kinh nghiệm thiết kế/cắm hoa, ưu tiên ứng viên đã làm việc trong ngành khách sạn – dịch vụ lưu trú.
