Florist Supervisor – Doha, Qatar

Flori Mart is looking for an experienced and creative Florist Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will combine strong professional floristry skills with the ability to lead the florist team, maintain premium quality standards, manage floral inventory, and minimize wastage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the florist team and organize daily floral production.
• Create and oversee premium bouquets, floral arrangements, and customized designs.
• Prepare floral designs for gifts, special occasions, corporate orders, weddings, and events.
• Ensure all floral arrangements meet Flori Mart’s quality, presentation, and design standards.
• Guide and support florists to maintain consistency, accuracy, and productivity.
• Inspect fresh flowers upon receiving and ensure proper conditioning, handling, storage, and care.
• Monitor flower inventory, stock levels, usage, and availability.
• Control flower wastage and improve the efficient use of floral materials.
• Coordinate daily orders and priorities to ensure accurate and timely preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional floral workspace.
• Support the development of new floral designs and seasonal collections.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of professional floristry experience.
• Proven hands-on experience in bouquets, floral arrangements, and event floristry.
• Strong knowledge of fresh flowers, flower care, conditioning, handling, and storage.
• Strong sense of floral design, color coordination, composition, and presentation.
• Ability to lead, organize, and supervise a florist team.
• Experience in floral inventory control and reducing flower wastage.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and work effectively during busy periods.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, creativity, and quality.
• Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
