Company Description BATALLA is a Parisian luxury ready-to-wear house launching in 2026.

Role Description The Flou Patternmaker is a full-time, on-site role based in Paris, responsible for developing and producing patterns for BATALLA's fluid, draped garments. Working hand-in-hand with the Creative Director and the Raw Materials Developer, this role translates design concepts — often evolving through multiple iterations — into both development and production-ready patterns. The Flou Patternmaker manages fittings with the internal team and VIP clients, handles pattern corrections throughout the development process, and works closely with the Flou Sewer to preserve the intended drape and movement of each piece.

Qualifications

• Expertise in flou (soft, draped) patternmaking techniques.
• Ability to create both development patterns (for design exploration) and production patterns (for consistent manufacturing), managing both workflows simultaneously.
• Comfort working through multiple rounds of changes during development, adapting pattern and drape as the design evolves.
• Experience conducting and correcting fittings, both with the internal team and with VIP clients.
• Ability to work closely with patternmakers and the Creative Director to realise the intended silhouette.
