Flow Coordinator - Weekend Option

Role: Emergency Department (ED) Patient Flow Coordinator responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of patients through the ED.

Responsibilities: Coordinate patient care activities, serve as a liaison with medical staff, delegate workload, and promote teamwork, leadership, and professionalism within the ED.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in the ED
• Experience in leading or participating in quality and process improvement projects
• Licensure: RN license in Georgia or multistate licensure (required)
• Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS (required); CEN (preferred)

Skills: Strong leadership, teamwork, professionalism, and knowledge of emergency care protocols.
