FLT Driver

We are looking for FLT Driver to join our team on a permanent contract. The key skills required for this role are:

• Ensure safe operation of al FLT’s and PPT’s on site
• Ensure pre-start checks are carried out on FLT’s and PPT’s when using and report any non-conformances to the shift manager
• Identifying and helping resolve non-conforming product issues
• Monitoring stock rotation on site and ensure short life stock and out of date stock is reported to the shift manager
• Ensure adequate stock available for next shift production
• Monitoring and maintain GMP throughout working areas and report any issues to management
• Carry out stock takes as and when required by the shift manager
• Assist with carrying out routine start up checks of warehouse areas
• Provide training, coaching and guidance to new FLT and warehouse staff
• Carry out project work including assignments to make site improvements and new product development initiatives
• Ensure warehouse areas complies with Health & Safety Policies and Procedures
• Ensure completion of paperwork for deliveries in and out of site are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Ensure all contact with customers internal and external are conducted in a professional manner

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday. From time to time weekend work may be required which is paid at overtime rate

• Counterbalance, PPT or Reach Truck: 1 year (preferred)
