3 vacancies available – Day, Afternoon and Night Shifts

We are looking for three reliable and hardworking FLT Drivers to join our warehouse team at CMC Foods.

This is a hands-on role combining warehouse duties, order picking, loading and unloading vehicles, and operating a counterbalance forklift.

We are looking for people who take pride in their work, follow safe working practices and enjoy working as part of a team.

Available Shifts and Pay

Day Shift: 5:00am – 3:00pm | £13.76 per hour

Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm – 1:00am | £13.76 per hour plus 5% shift premium

Night Shift: 7:00pm – 5:00am | £13.76 per hour plus 10% shift premium

Key Responsibilities

Picking, preparing and checking warehouse orders.

Loading and unloading supplier and customer vehicles.

Safely operating a counterbalance forklift.

Ensuring goods are handled, stored and transported correctly.

Maintaining high standards of health and safety, cleanliness and housekeeping.

Supporting the wider warehouse team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

A valid UK driving licence.

A valid counterbalance forklift truck (FLT) certificate.

Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift.

Previous warehouse, logistics or goods-handling experience.

A reliable, punctual and hardworking approach.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A commitment to working safely and following procedures.
