Job Title: FLT Reach Operator

Location: One Beyond, Darton, Barnsley

Shift Pattern: 06:00 - 14:00 Monday to Friday

Salary: £13.44 per hour

Holiday: 28 Days Holiday per Year

For this role, you must hold a valid Reach Truck licence/certificate confirming you have been trained to operate at heights of over 11,000mm (11 metres).

What you’ll be doing:

Operating a Reach Truck (FLT) to pick and move stock within our busy warehouse

• Ensuring that products are picked accurately and efficiently by replenishing picking locations to meet our fast-paced operational needs
• Maintaining a safe and organised workspace at all times
• Assisting with stock checks and general warehouse duties as required
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

What we’re looking for:

A valid FLT reach truck licence (height 11,000mm+)

Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (preferred but not essential)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking stock

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to contribute to a great team culture

Can't work these shifts? We also have opportunities on our 08:00-16:00 shift and 22:00-06:00 (night) shift as well.
