Fluids Engineer

Join a leading global equipment manufacturer designing next-generation hydraulic and pneumatic systems for heavy industrial process machinery. As a Fluids Engineer, you’ll lead fluid circuit design, system sizing, and engineering calculations to support high-performance industrial automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, piping diagrams, and valve panel assemblies.
• Select components and size hydraulic power units, valves, and piping networks.
• Perform fluid flow, pressure drop, and system dynamics calculations.
• Develop technical specifications and installation documentation.
• Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and system start-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in fluid power systems, hydraulic circuit design, and heavy industrial equipment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and hydraulic/pneumatic schematics.
• Strong knowledge of system sizing, engineering calculations, and Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
• Self-motivated problem-solver with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
