Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer with strong expertise in building cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in the Financial Services / Insurance domain and should be capable of delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build reusable UI components and responsive interfaces for Android and iOS platforms.
• Integrate applications with REST APIs, authentication services, and enterprise backend systems.
• Ensure application performance, security, stability, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers, Architects, and QA teams.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
• Support CI/CD processes and mobile application deployment.
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint ceremonies.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart
• Financial Services / Insurance Domain experience (Mandatory)
• Experience with REST API integration
• Knowledge of State Management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod)
• Mobile app deployment experience on Android and iOS
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of secure coding and mobile application performance optimization

Preferred Experience

• Insurance workflows such as:

• Customer Onboarding

• Policy Servicing

• Claims Management

• Billing & Payments

• Customer Engagement Platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in enterprise mobile application development projects.
