* 8+ years of mobile application development experience.
* 5+ years of hands-on production experience with Flutter.
* Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter.
* Strong understanding of Clean Architecture and scalable mobile architecture.
* Hands-on experience with GetX and state management.
* Strong experience with Dio and REST/BFF API integration.
* Experience with SSO, OAuth2/PKCE, authentication, and token management.
* Experience with Codemagic and Bitbucket Pipelines or equivalent CI/CD tools.
* Strong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and code review practices.
* Experience with unit testing, code quality, performance, security, and accessibility.
* Experience working with modular/package-based Flutter applications.
* Strong technical leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.
