Flutter Developer

Job Summary

Develop cross-platform mobile applications for enterprise clients. Role impact on citizen and field officer apps.

Responsibilities

• You will ship Flutter apps with offline sync, biometric authentication, and multilingual UX for government field officers and enterprise users in low-connectivity environments.
• Weekly demos on physical devices are standard; accessibility and vernacular copy reviews are part of definition of done.
• You will profile app performance on low-RAM Android devices common in rural deployments and implement crash reporting with privacy-safe diagnostics suitable for government MDM environments.

Qualifications

• We value engineers and researchers who have shipped production systems, written documentation others can follow, and collaborated with non-technical stakeholders - officers, clinicians, bankers, or founders.
• Open-source contributions, GovTech or HealthTech exposure, and comfort with compliance conversations (DPDP, RBI, ABDM) are strong positives.
• We do not require pedigree from specific colleges; we require evidence you can deliver audited, maintainable software under real-world constraints.

Internship and Fellowship Pathways

• Interns and research fellows work on real backlog items with mentorship - not isolated toy projects.
• High performers receive return offers and published research support where appropriate.
• The Innovation Lab explores agentic AI, post-quantum cryptography, and digital public infrastructure - read research areas before applying to fellowship roles.

Relocation and Travel

Most roles do not require relocation to Kolkata; periodic travel for client workshops or government deployments may be required for senior engineering and blockchain roles. Travel expenses for approved client visits follow company reimbursement policy discussed during offer stage.
