About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Flutter Developer to join our growing team. As a full-time Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver scalable and user-friendly mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance user interfaces.
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product teams.
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter ecosystem, tools, and best practices.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar to improve productivity and code quality.

Eligibility

• B.Tech/B.E., BCA, MCA, or equivalent qualification.
• Must be available to work full-time in a remote environment.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
• Good understanding of mobile application architecture.
• Experience integrating REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Knowledge of Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, etc.).
• Experience with state management solutions such as GetX, Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
• Understanding of responsive UI development across Android and iOS.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience publishing apps on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Knowledge of local databases such as Hive or SQLite.
• Experience with push notifications, deep linking, and app optimization.
• Familiarity with Node.js or backend development is a plus.
• Personal, freelance, or open-source Flutter projects.
