Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Flutter Developer to join our mobile engineering team. You will work with experienced developers to design, build, test, and ship features for cross-platform mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile app features using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to implement UI/UX designs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug and resolve issues across iOS and Android.
• Integrate REST APIs, third-party libraries, and SDKs.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team stand-ups.
• Write unit, widget, and integration tests.
• Optimize app performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Required Skills

• 6 months–2 years of hands-on experience with Dart and Flutter. Internship or professional experience counts.
• Bachelor's degree is not mandatory.
• Knowledge of state management: Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
• Good understanding of OOP and mobile app architecture such as MVVM/Clean Architecture.
• Must have developed at least one complete Flutter app or have a strong portfolio/GitHub presence.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in an Agile environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with Firebase – Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Crashlytics.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic knowledge of Kotlin/Java or Swift.
• Experience with SharedPreferences or other local storage solutions.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and Figma.
