Flutter Developer Requirements:

1. 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Flutter/Dart development.
2. Strong grasp of mobile architecture and state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider).
3. Proven ability to design scalable, modular widgets and maintain clean UI code.
4. Experience integrating RESTful APIs with robust error and offline handling.
5. Solid understanding of Flutter performance tuning (repaints, build phases, memory).
6. Familiarity with native integrations using platform channels for Android/iOS.
7. Writes unit, widget, and integration tests with CI/CD exposure.
8. Takes ownership of features end-to-end — from planning to release and iteration.
9. Applies clean code principles (SOLID, MVVM/Clean Architecture).
10. Experience working in modular codebases or monorepo environments .
11. Flutter Web experience is a strong plus.
12. Good communication skills and team collaboration with backend/design/product.
