Flux Core Welder

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings. As a Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating metal structures and components, ensuring that all work meets industry codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Rig and build metal structures according to specifications and blueprints.
• Utilize various welding techniques to weld materials together, ensuring strong and durable joints.
• Assemble components using power tools, calipers, and micrometers to ensure precise measurements.
• Interpret schematics and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
• Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Very experienced with full pen welds

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welder with proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Strong understanding of welding codes and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Experience using power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have AWS certificates
