Duties

• Distribute flyers and promotional materials in designated neighborhoods, shopping centers, events, and public spaces to maximize visibility.
• Engage with the public in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and providing basic product information when appropriate.
• Assist with setting up promotional displays or banners at event locations to attract attention.
• Collect feedback from community members about our products or services to help improve future marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure coverage of all distribution areas efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of distribution locations and quantities delivered for reporting purposes.
• Support other marketing activities such as handing out samples or conducting simple product demonstrations when needed.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with a broader community.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or public speaking is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
• Ability to stand, walk, or move around for extended periods while remaining energetic and approachable.
• Reliable transportation to reach various distribution sites across the community.
• A positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for representing our brand.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if necessary.
