• Assist in setting up and managing promotional events, ensuring materials are effectively displayed and distributed.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for optimizing product pages and increasing event attendance.
• Utilize social media platforms to share event information, gather feedback, and enhance community outreach efforts.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing clear information about products or services during interactions.
• Support marketing project management by coordinating with team members on campaign execution and event logistics.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor for face-to-face interactions.
• Prior experience or interest in event marketing, social media platforms, or public speaking is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks during busy outreach days.
• Technical proficiency with productivity software (such as MS Office Suite) and presentation software for public presentations or community outreach.
• Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and effectively communicate product or service benefits.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or B2B (business-to-business) marketing is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
