Responsibilities

• Distribute flyers and promotional materials at designated locations, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
• Approach pedestrians and passersby with friendly, clear communication to inform them about upcoming events or campaigns.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the organization in various outdoor settings.
• Collect feedback or answer basic questions from the public to foster interest and understanding of the message.
• Monitor assigned areas for safety and ensure materials are placed appropriately without causing obstructions.
• Keep track of flyers distributed and report on engagement levels or any issues encountered during shifts.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate efforts and optimize outreach strategies for maximum impact.

Experience

• Previous experience in marketing, customer service, or promotional roles is a plus but not required, enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are most important!
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly and confidently with diverse audiences.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to reach wider community segments effectively.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around actively for extended periods in outdoor environments.
• A friendly demeanor combined with excellent interpersonal skills to create positive interactions.
