FM Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily FM activities, including MEP (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), civil, painting and general maintenance works
• Allocate tasks to technicians, masons, painters and helpers, and monitor the quality and progress of their work
• Carry out preventive planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance as scheduled
• Respond promptly to client complaints and work requests, and ensure they are closed within the agreed time
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare reports on defects, repairs and equipment condition
• Maintain records of work orders, job cards, attendance, asset registers and maintenance logs
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and subcontractors for materials, spare parts and specialist services
• Monitor and control the use of materials, tools and consumables
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, safety procedures and local authority regulations
• Train and guide team members on safe work practices and quality standards
• Report to management on work status, manpower needs and any operational issues

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or a related technical field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance practices
• Experience in managing technicians and subcontractors
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CAFM or job-tracking software is an advantage)
• UAE experience and a valid UAE driving license preferred
• Willingness to work shifts and respond to emergency call-outs when required
• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
