What they need
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Facilities Management (FM) Supervisor to join our team in the UAE.
Position: FM Supervisor
Location: UAE
Employment: Full-time
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management
- Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems
- Experience in PPM, reactive maintenance and work-order management
- Ability to supervise technicians and subcontractors
- Good communication and team-management skills
- Knowledge of HSE and FM procedures
- UAE experience preferred
- Relevant technical qualification/certification is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily FM and maintenance activities
- Allocate tasks and monitor technicians’ performance
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed on time
- Coordinate with clients, contractors and service providers
- Monitor work quality, safety and compliance
- Prepare maintenance reports and follow up on work orders
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
