FM Supervisor MEP

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced FM Supervisor (MEP) to supervise day-to-day facilities maintenance and MEP operations across assigned sites.

The role requires hands-on coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as supervision of technicians and contractors.

A valid driving licence is mandatory for this position. The successful candidate must be able to drive as part of the job, including travelling between sites and attending maintenance-related requirements when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily MEP and facilities maintenance activities.
• Manage and coordinate technicians and maintenance teams.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building-services maintenance.
• Attend breakdowns, assess issues, and coordinate timely corrective action.
• Allocate daily work and monitor technician performance and completion.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and specialist service providers.
• Conduct site inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
• Monitor PPM schedules and ensure jobs are completed within required timelines.
• Review work orders, maintenance reports, checklists, and service records.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with company procedures and applicable safety requirements.
• Monitor spare parts, tools, and materials required for maintenance activities.
• Support emergency maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate records of completed and outstanding maintenance works.
• Travel between assigned sites as required.

Requirements

• Diploma, technical certificate, or relevant qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Facilities Management.
• Previous experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or MEP operations.
• Previous experience supervising technicians or an MEP maintenance team.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building services.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Valid driving licence — mandatory.
• Ability and willingness to drive between assigned sites as required by the job.

Preferred Experience

Experience in commercial buildings, residential properties, hotels, retail facilities, industrial facilities, or integrated facilities management is an advantage.

Experience with preventive maintenance programs, CMMS/work-order systems, contractor coordination, and health and safety procedures is preferred.
