FMCG Operations Executive (NON Halal Product)

We are a company providing professional field marketing services, currently looking for passionate and dynamic individual to join our team. We are a professional sales & merchandising specialist to service clients in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. We also offer a number of merchandising solutions, from in-store marketing execution and maintenance to field audits and mystery shopping. To provide retail insights and analysis, we have data-collection technology that enables field staff to collect all manner of data and we will analyze what is happening on the physical shelf for our clients.

Currently our company have vacancy of operations executive (office work).

Responsibilities:

The job scope includes but is not limited to:

• Assist in the day-to-day running of the operation (office work)
• Assist in the recruitment and training of field personnel
• Periodically check field personnel for adherence to SOPs
• Communication between clients & field personnel
• Interpreting data and deliver reports in actionable insights and dashboard
• This positions required the candidates to handle non-halal products

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a knack for working with people, especially with merchandisers and promoters
• Sound knowledge of and strong network connections within the fast-moving consumer goods industry & events/ promoter circles are a big plus
• Sales and Marketing background will be an advantage
• Ability to analyze large datasets
• Strong in MS Office, Excel, and Power Point
• Candidates must be willing to work in Subang Jaya (near Putra Height LRT Station)
• A minimum of 1 year working experience would be preferred.
