Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented FMCG Purchaser to manage the procurement of fast-moving consumer goods and pharmacy-related products. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing products, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining stock availability, and ensuring timely purchasing at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure FMCG, healthcare, and pharmacy-related products.
• Identify suppliers, negotiate prices, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.
• Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams.
• Maintain purchase records, invoices, and supplier documentation.

Eligibility & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification preferred.
• Experience in FMCG purchasing, pharmacy procurement, or retail procurement is an advantage.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
