Fmcg Sales Executive

Location/ HQ : Asansol

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive secondary sales within the assigned territory to achieve monthly targets.
• Support product placement and distribution activities under the guidance of supervisors.
• Conduct regular stock checks, market audits, and inventory evaluations at retail points.
• Explain product pricing, retailer margins, and prevailing trade schemes clearly and accurately.
• Ensure effective market coverage and maintain strong retailer relationships.

Eligibility & Required Experience:

• Strong understanding of the assigned territory/region is essential.
• Prior experience in FMCG sales or merchandising is preferred.
• Ability to execute field activities with discipline, consistency, and ownership.

Average Monthly Salary Range [ Net Take Home] : Rs 16k - Rs 18k+TA+DA+Incentive
