FMCG Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented FMCG Sales Executive responsible for driving sales, developing new customers, managing existing accounts, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, retailers, and business customers.
• Visit the market regularly to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Manage distributor and retailer networks within the assigned territory.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising at retail outlets.
• Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Maintain regular follow-ups for orders, payments, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for timely order fulfilment.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
• Ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in FMCG Sales / Distribution Sales / General Trade.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and retail network.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Candidates with existing distributor/retailer connections will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
