FMCG Sales Supervisor

Industry – FMCG Beverage Products

Location – TUDM, Shah Alam

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily sales team activities

• Set and monitor sales targets to achieve team goals

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new clients

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports

• Train, guide, and motivate the sales team

• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer issues

• Coordinate with other departments to support sales operations

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience

• Supervisory experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets

• Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency preferred

• Must have driving License
