POSITION SUMMARY:
The FMCG Salesman promotes and sells company products, ensures stock availability in assigned outlets, collects payments, and maintains strong customer relationships to drive sales growth and market presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute sales and promotional activities to expand product reach.
- Ensure product availability and proper merchandising in outlets.
- Collect payments and monitor customer accounts in line with company policies.
- Maintain positive relationships with retailers and continuously prospect new outlets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any business-related course preferred.
- Experience in FMCG sales or retail distribution an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
