Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement shrinkage control measures to minimize losses and optimize profitability.

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient floor management and inventory control.

• Oversee grocery department operations, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Ensure effective communication with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in store operations.

• Manage daily store operations, floor management, and inventory control.

• Handle order processing, goods receiving, stocking, and replenishment.

• Ensure product availability, effective display, and backstore management.

• Supervise staff and drive sales targets and operational efficiency. Implement shrinkage control measures to minimize losses.

Candidates with strong FMCG/Grocery/Departmental Retail experience, excellent team-handling skills, customer focus and a good understanding of supermarket/hypermarket operations will be preferred.
