FMD Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
• Willing to do field works
• With at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Solves / troubleshoots and repairs problem of machinery and equipment
• Locate mechanical trouble by using available testing equipment and other methods necessary.
• Assist in ordering and specifying parts needed for repair and maintenance.
• Records all measurements during preventive maintenance activities to generate statistical data for analysis
• Documents all modifications made to the equipment during repair
• Performs engineering work related tasks like researching, designing, and developing machines to improve production
• Examines equipment, processes, operations and assemble and suggests improvements
• Assist in training of all machine operator
