FMS Consultant

Role & responsibilities

Seeking an experienced FMS Consultant with strong expertise in Server Administration, SCCM/MECM, Endpoint Management, and IT Infrastructure Support. The role involves managing enterprise server environments, endpoint services, patch management, incident resolution, and ensuring high availability of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support, desktop support, Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Administer SCCM/MECM including software deployment, patch management, OS deployment, and compliance monitoring.
• Monitor server and endpoint health, troubleshoot issues, and provide L3 support.
• Perform backup, restore, system upgrades, and disaster recovery activities.
• Support Intune and modern endpoint management initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, ITIL processes, and security policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and project delivery.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, asset inventories, and operational procedures.
• Support Remote connectivity, and collaboration platforms.
• Drive continuous service improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure Support and Operations.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Windows Server Administration

• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP

• SCCM/MECM Administration

• Patch Management & OS Deployment

• Microsoft Intune

• PowerShell Scripting

• Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Endpoint Security & Compliance

• ITIL Processes

• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS).
