Role & responsibilities
1.IT help desk services for troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, Remote support for software-related issues & On-site technical support for hardware failures or complex issues.
2.Understanding of Office 365, Intune and Azure AD support, Antivirus
3.IT Asset Management-Maintenance and support for desktops ,laptops, mobile devices and printers, Miscellaneous support.
4.Knowledge of End Point security.
5.Troubleshooting of Audio & Video Conferencing support
6.Camera & Biometrics Support
7.Employee Onboarding & Off boarding support.
8.Non-Complaince Monitoring & remediation
9.Software & Hardware knowledge & support
10.Monitor, Investigate & Escalate IT issues on timely manner as per SLA & escalation matrix
11.Basic Understanding of SQL
12.RDP Tool & Support.
13.Basic Networking understanding and TCP/IP knowledge, monitoring, and maintenance of network infrastructure, switches, and Wi-Fi systems, LAN, WAN, Internet Leased Line support.
